Dear Financial Services Ombudsman

Please note that after months of considerable annoyance with Yahoo Email Company, I have taken the decision this morning that enough was enough and I need to move on to better things. So I have changed my Emailing Account to Outlook, hoping for better prospects this way. I am done with Yahoo, but I am satisfied that Google email account Shanpanigrahi3000@gmail.com is secure for me to correspond on, and of course it is early days to see how Microsoft Outlook serves my needs.

I will take this moment to reflect on the situation I face in considering whether there is any point in completing the attached FinancialOmbudsmanComplaintForm18March2021.pdf, that you sent me, given that the Election Commission has still not responded to my query on the registration of my proposed party, so that I may be better off concentrating on getting myself a part-time job with John Lewis/Waitrose rather than concentrate on the development of a politcial agenda at this age. I will retain my membership of Liberal Democrats, as attached: ToLiberalDemocrats(DataProtection10Mar2021.docx.

I trust this way forward will meet with your needs.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Dear Financial Ombudsman

The background to this complaint is being ascertained at the Supreme Court with respect to my 5 September 2020-dated Appeal as attached: ToSupremeCourt5Sep2020.docx. As to the level of damages and compensation, please let me know the maximum that levy that the Financial Ombudsman has powers to impose in accordance with the circumstances described in the attached: ToSimpleSiteFeedback18Mar2021b.docx.

This will enable me to complete the Complaints Form that you have sent as an attachment in a pdf document that requires manual filling and sending by post, or can a scanned copy be sent to you by email, please let me know for I am running out of money and need to act fast to complete the formalities.

I am a charity of sorts as a lonestar but not registered with the Election Commission yet and do not know if I will be permitted to stand for election at the forthcoming Police and Crime Commissioner position in Kent for Kent Police does need effective regulation that I feel I can provide with my knowledge of Law Enforcement dating back to 1998 and formalised in the formation of The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom (https://theconservativelibertarianpartyoftheunitedkingdom.com): the attached communications refer ToElectoralCommission(AmendmentoftheConstitution)1Dec2020.docx; TCLP-UK CONSTITUTION.docx; and ToElectoralccStephenGreenRaviPatelBankingOmbudsmanKentPoliceSupremeCourtSantander6Dec2020.docx.

Please make this complaint a priority, I know from my years of dealing with you and your independent assessor with regards to Toqa Raeda, PayPal, Managed Divorce, Liverpool Victoria that you are very lacksadaisical as I still await these four reports and resolution to my satisfaction.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
