I received an interesting comment today that is worth thinking about but because of its general nature relating to comments and emails that I receive daily much of which I ignore but on this ocassion the comments are relevant and I decided that we should devote ourselves to addressing the issues in this special blogpost instead of where it was posted:
It was as follows:

Comments: I have seen the website calling me a crank, from my point of view totally unjustifiably, so I invite the writer to express his concerns directly to me here so that I can deal with the issues. For the record, I have never applied for asylum in Pakistan or for its citizenship, nor have I indicated ever that I was suing or threatening to sue 440 bodies so I do not know what this reference to the Bakhri character is all about. Perhaps Khilji can explain? He certainly appears to have done his homework.
As far as my communications with the Court of Justice of the European Union is concerned, I do not read these in the same way as Khilji does. There is no doubt that that the matter under investigation is receiving due attention. I do not know about the 28 January letter from the Court, all the details of materials exchanged are given here: https://shantanup.wordpress.com/2018/01/09/clarification-for-my-travel-to-greece-sought-from-the-greek-embassy-in-london/.

Dear Sir
The Registrar of the General Court acknowledges receipt of your emails of 27/01/2018 and 29/01/2018.
Your attention is once again drawn to the fact that the General Court has jurisdiction to hear and determine disputes between individuals (natural or legal persons) and institutions, bodies, offices or agencies of the Union.
However, the General Court does not have jurisdiction to review the decisions of national courts or tribunals, or to rule on the lawfulness of provisions, decisions or measures adopted by national authorities of a Member State. Nor does the General Court have jurisdiction to hear and determine actions brought against decisions taken by international bodies which are not within the institutional system of the European Union, such as the European Court of Human Rights.
Furthermore, in order to bring an action that is within the jurisdiction of the General Court, the applicant must be represented by a lawyer authorised to practise in a Member State. An application which is not signed by a lawyer cannot be registered.
Having regard to the above considerations, the Registrar regrets to inform you that the General Court can take no action on your letter.
The Registrar also informs you that he reserves the right, at his discretion, no longer to reply to your letters having the same subject-matter in the absence of new facts.
