Mr Justice Eadey passes a comment on my enquiry of Gross Misconduct in Public Office

I submitted the following email to the Royal Courts of Justice with regard to the following exchange with devi8 on 25 January 2018: :

Misconduct in Public Office: Investigation by Mr Justice Eadey Shan Panigrahi To Jenkins David (Appeal Court) 25 Jan 2018 at 12:35

To Mr David Jenkins

Dear Sir

1. I understand from a person (devi8) who I believed was acting as a spokesperson for the UK government at my website that Mr Justice Eadey who you report to is currently conducting an investigation of my accusation of gross misconduct in public office with regard to the processing of my High Court Claim No HQ17X01773 and its subsequent Appeal, as follows:

2. Please confirm that that this investigation is taking place.

Yours sincerely

This afternoon I received an anonymous letter from an ‘Eadey’ to which I responded as follows:

Danger posed by the deranged Shantanu Panigrahi (2) Shan Panigrahi To Monneka Tahir 27 Jan 2018 at 16:34

Dear Monneka

How is it that Mr Justice Eadey has come to the conclusion that you are not acting as my lawyer?

Madam, Re: S.Panigrahi I do not wish to alarm you, but do not underestimate the danger posed to you by this deluded man. While you have done nothing wrong at all, he has become fixated upon you. This is evident from his website, your online photograph, etc. Claiming you are his lawyer (as he has done below) is merely a nuisance and defamation of you and your employers. Of course, it is impossible for him to prove you act for him, since you aren’t. The mischief is when he turns up at your employer’s office. I speak from direct experience about what he is capable of doing. The reason he has not been prosecuted is that the politically-correct police are afraid. He has been incarcerated in a lunatic asylum several times before. All this information is available, with dates, on his website I suggest you do one or both of the following phone his wife on 01634 379604 in the evening and explain to her that he is pestering you go to the police and inform them that you are being harassed by his online comments. They may then belatedly do what they are paid to do. Good luck with this and in your legal career. (Eadey)

To Registry of the General Court of the European Union Rue du Fort Niedergrunewald, L-2925 Luxembourg Dear E Coulon Thank you for your letter to me today stating that the General Court can take no action on my letter of 21 January 2018. With the greatest of respects, this matter has been processed by a UK lawyer by the name of Miss Monneka Tahir. It concerns my complaint to the European Union that the Greek Embassy has still not replied to the attached letter that I sent the Embassy on 8 January 2018. You will note from its contents that the UK State issued to me an anonymous letter putting my forthcoming holidaying visit to Greece with my family and back into the United Kingdom in doubt because it states that my legal status in U.K. is questionable. This is what the General Court is being asked to provide a judgement on before my visit so that I can travel freely within the European Union and return to the UK without this unlawful threat to my citizenship of the United Kingdom and of the European Union. Yours sincerely Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Comments: I did not receive any direct letter from Mr David Jenkins of Mr Justice Eadey. So the persecution continues.
