Over the course of my adult life much of which was spent as an investigator of Reality spurred on my awakenings that I had as a 40 year old at the University of Greenwich from which I never turned back as life was really much more interesting in the search for the truth of what Reality comprises of in all its dimensions than doing a mundane job getting excited about the nitty gritty of basic scientific discoveries. As it turned out the human mind was worth examining in the minutest detail in order for a decision to be made on what should be the raison d'etre of a person in the real world that I now define as Paramarthika or the Absolute Reality.
At the age of 65 I reflect on the English proverb 'Fortune favours the brave' and in this light after much deliberations this morning I have relinquished truth accommodation as the way to be: it was just a means to the end in a yogic pursuit) and so I took the bull by the horns in initiating fresh new proceedings in the Court of Central London to seek truth and justice and do something good with the rest of my life in ameliorating the nuances of Democracy within the United Kingdom.
So I wrote in Facebook:
Always be in control with truth as your tool to strive for justice and do not take no for an answer: no Gods for me in this quest.
Whether God exists or not, keep the question out of your mind for the God retards human progress towards shaping a better world.
The idea is to make things happen. For this I started a part-time job to replenish my finances and fight the battle in the Court for damages and compensation from the University of Greenwich and other conspiring State persecutors who had harassed and victimised me over the past 24 years. So on this Sunday I submitted the following assessments because life was not worth living like a slave passively with no mind of one's own to freely think out one's prospects in buccaneering for golden nuggets to make one's living conditions more bearable:

Bhatt Murphy has been quite deceitful in relation to the matter of whether Kent Police had unlawfully interviewed me and then arrested me on 24 November 2021, as you will find from a reading of the following link:
In view of the fact that Kent Police has still not replied to the complaint that my wife and I lodged with the Professional Standards Department, most of which are covered in the Claim HX17X01773 at the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court, and lack of information from the Court of Central London as to whether my Appeal on E35YM660 has been successful and if so what damages and compensation would I be awarded to me in addition to the refund of the Costs ordered to be paid by me to the Defendant of £4170 as attached: CentralLondonCountyCourtOrder 21 June 2021 (District Judge Lightman).pdf, these proceedings will not go away, Sir, until Judgment is issued and served to the Claimant and all the Defendant and Respondents in the form of a Sealed Order from the Court as our home computer devices are still being held by Kent Police and so to be considered as stolen property as things stand.

I found your attitude and email quite disconcerting and since you did not reply to me by email, I had to take the step to refer you to the Judiciary at the Central London County Court as attached: ToJudiciaryCLCCAdeleMillerPSDKentPolice9Jan2022.docx.
Further I had to cancel my Direct Debit arrangement to Liberty as a useless organisation that with 38 Degrees has no part to play in the civilised development of UK Democracy.

Dear Sirs
I understood from our previous communications relating to Archon Solicitors that represented the University of Greenwich in 1999-2003 in my civil litigation for unpaid severance pay of around £55,000 following an 18 year period of service at the Natural Resources Institute that KingsleyNapley have taken over from Archon Solicitors in this respect and are still awaiting a response from the University on how it wishes to proceed with the matter under consideration.
In this regard, I should draw your attention to the Brief Details of
Claim in what was ME010463 of the Medway County Court and which is now transferred to the Central London County Court as attached (ToJudiciaryCLCCccAdeleMillerPSDKentPolice9Jan2022.docx) that what was alleged was 'a case of conspiracy of racial discrimination and harassment on me perpetrated by means of concerted criminal behaviour' between the University of Greenwich, Wigmore Medical Centre (now Kent and Medway Partnership Trust), officials of the Employment Tribunal in Ashford Kent, the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Court of Appeal and the officials of Medway County Court who unlawfully determined that I had abused the process of court in bring my Claim to that Court but no written reasons have yet been issued in this respect. These criminal conspirators were subsequently joined by M15/MI6/CIA/Pentagon in the shape of a fictitious organisation 'Victims of Panigrahi Association' being set up that for all intents and purposes operated through names like Dr Sivaji Panesar, Fritz Wuehler, Marty Caine, Nitin Bhardwaj, Cherie, Ed Mulhouse, Buru, Devi8) and solicitors such as Monneka Tahir and Kamran Hussein of WhteroseBlackmans to have me deported from the United Kingdom by making me Stateless.
I was offered £20,000 by the University of Greenwich without prejudice and a full employment reference but these have not been confirmed.
I am open to renewed negotiations on this matter and am therefore copying this email to Kent and Medway Partnership Trust for the medical review of my mental health now.
Please note that if the matter goes to a Hearing I would be demanding damages and compensation of £5 million from the UK -Treasury for overseeing the 24 years of persecution and victimisation on me which included the silencing of the criticisms that I made against the individual perpetrators by the unlawful suspension and archiving of my Blog https://shantanup.wordpress.com.
