Dear Sir

1. Kindly note the following proceedings and advise me because the Pre-Action Protocol with Kent Police has received no response from the Force.

2. Please note that in addition to the extra elements of the Particulars of Claim that I have discussed with John (Solicitor), I wish to add the Prime Minister Mr Boris Johnson, the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court and the Norway membership of the Security Council together with Wordpress.com organisation as other national and international criminals who Kent Police protected to enable them to terrorise me over the past 5 years especially.

3. John the Solicitor from Bark has just further texted me: 'Let me know how it goes as soon said I directly involve in anything other than corporate and commercial matters. I mean I will not'. This follows the following email that I felt necessary to send to Slater and Gordon Solicitors:

Dear Mr Hassan

Your Reference: PAN2819/1

I wish to register a formal complaint against Ms Lauren Cullen for her failure to provide me with any kind of legal advice over the past 2 weeks since I took the BP Religious discrimination in conspiracy in employment matter to Slater and Gordon for effective resolution.

I do not accept her contention that I would not be able to convince any judge in the Civil litigation pending consideration under Claim Number E35YM660 at the Central London County Court as set out in the blogpost: CANCELLATION OF JUDGE PARFITS AND DISTRICT JUDGE LIGHTMAN'S ORDERS ON E35YM660 (theallurementofrealityinreview.com) CANCELLATION OF JUDGE PARFITTS AND DISTRICT JUDGE LIGHTMAN'S ORDERS ON E35YM660:

Please let me know how the internal investigation is to proceed on the complaint against Ms Lauren Cullen and over what time-scale.

Yours sincerely

Subject: Action agzinstg Kent Polkce human rights violations at

Dear Jonathon

I am sure that John has updated you with our text communications over the past hour or so concerning litigation against Kent Police for which an updated Particulars of Claim is required under Claim Number HQ17X01773 of the High Court Judges Listing Office as the due process that incorporates the terrorism that it has mounted on me that Kent Police continues to protect the criminals on since the Appeal was formally lodged.

I attach the original Claim Form and wish to make it clear that with the greatest of respects to the Judicial authorities the revival of the Claim with the arrest matter of 15 September 2021 to now is not an abuse of the process of court because justice has not been served since the two orders from Master Eastman that suggested that the original Claim Form was incomprehensible as it did not specify the due cause of the action. Kent Police never submitted a Defence to the counts cited and has since protected Santander Bank in relation to the embezzlement of funds from my Accounts at the Bank.

Thus, since the terrorism has continued the revised particulars of Claim that you are hereby instructed to serve proceedings on is not an abuse of process, nor in stating to the Court that Master Eastman has erred in law quite evidently now was it contempt of court.

Due to the passage of time that has left me with severe mental worries arising from the terrorism that Kent Police has overseen and obstructed justice as well as perverted the course of justice, the Claim Amount in the Claim Form has risen to £5 million.

Yours sincerely

Thank you for your email.

Please read the following and any relevant links below, if your email is answered by the information below or one of the relevant links below, you will not receive a further response.

Coronavirus Working Practices

In line with current Government Guidelines, staff are currently working remotely and only a skeleton staff is onsite. Full details of what this means for the individual departments within the Queen's Bench Division are reviewed and updated constantly, they are published at the following link and can be found under the heading Royal Courts of Justice (RCJ). There is specific guidance related to making payments by phone as the Fees counter will be closed.

Phones

Due to a skeleton staff onsite, phones will only be answered between 10am-2pm. If your query is not urgent, please email us. If you are seeking sealed orders, applications or hearing notices, where possible, please check the electronic case file (CE-File).

Filing of Documents/Visiting the Royal Courts of Justice

If you cannot file a document via the preferred methods of CE-File or email, you can post the documents to our department or leave them in a dropbox just inside the main entrance. If you do visit the RCJ, you will not be able to speak with any staff other than security.

Remote Hearings

The current directive from the Lord Chief Justice is that all hearings will be remotely, either by MS Teams or BT Meet Me unless stated otherwise on our Daily Cause List. If a party requires a hearing in court, then that are to contact the QB Judges Listing office with their reasons and it will be referred to a Judge for consideration. This list is published daily by 4.30pm. Remote hearing directions are sent to organising parties no less than seven days before the hearing date. If hearings are to recommence in person as standard, a notice will be posted on our daily cause list page with as much notice as possible. Hearings by Cloud Video Platform (CVP) can be arranged if required for hearings in court only (hybrid cases).

Telephone hearings will be undertaken by BT Meet Me conference system, and a court associate will cover and record the hearing.

Legal Representatives Only

Pursuant Practice Direction 51O of the CPR, all documents must be filed via CE-File. Any documents received via post or email will be destroyed via confidential waste, only documents with cheques will be returned to you.

Exceptions to the above apply where the court requests alternative filing, advice by Counsel for an approval hearing or stated in another Practice Direction or Part of the CPR. If an order states filing by email, please attach a copy of the order and state the paragraph with this direction.

Any Party

In accordance with Practice Direction 5B – all emails to the court should include the following, failure to do so will result in the court not actioning or acknowledging your email.

Subject Header – Case number, parties’ names and any dates relating to an up-coming hearing

Provide a clear description of the contents in the body of the e-mail message. Please refrain from messages such as “Please see attached”.

Please copy your message to the relevant parties where applicable.
