Your Honour

I sought an emergency listing of a hearing earlier this afternoon by telephone for an appointment which was denied and the attached Order was instead sent to me by email, in regard to which I reiterated my request for the listing as you will note from the following communications.

At this stage and pending still the response of His Honour Judge Parfitt at the Central London County Court on the disposal of my Claim of £15 million sterling in damages and compensation from the Office of the Director or Public Prosecutions I am keeping you informed in case circumstances of the conspiracy to obstruct justice and pervert the course of justice turn even nastier for me in this country of the United Kingdom.

Yours sincerely

Dear Katrina

Thank you for this email and the attached Order

I was totally unaware that a listing had been announced by the East Kent Magistrates Court on Case Number 462100022559 prior to the issue of the Order dated: 24 February 2021 from Suzanne Gadd (Head of Legal Operations Kent) so that when I visited the Medway Magistrates Court to check on the progress of the attached Summons (APPLICATION FOR SUMMONS_1Apply28Feb2021.docs) that listed Ms Max Hill, the Director of Public Prosecutions as being the sole Defendant against whom the arrest warrant is needed to be served, and was asked by John at the Court to seek an appointment given that Mr Malcolm Dodds, a former Clerk to the Justices had screened the original arrest summons several years ago against the Legal Ombudsman then but the chief defendant was at that time not known to be the actual Head of the Crown Prosecution Service, and no one else, I decided to telephone the Medway Magistrates Court again today for I made no progress in finding a Barrister to draft the Arrest Summons appropriately to take out the defects identified by the Head of Legal Operations Kent) in this Order - see To&FrForzKhan(Barrister)26Mar2021.docx.

The fact that I did not receive this 24 February 2021 Order that you said had been sent to me in the post is also a matter of grave concern, in that miscreants who along with the fictitious organisation calling itself 'Victims of Panigrahi Association' that sent my nearly 1000 criminal anonymous emails under the supervision of Ms Max Hill the Director of Public Prosecutions must have played their tricks to stop me from accessing the Order of the East Kent Magistrates Court.

I have thousands of emails that I would need to refer to in the hearing itself if you would in light of the above reschedule the hearing for an emergency listing, or it is likely that there would be further miscarriage of justice from a decision of the judges at the Central London County Court who have terrorised me over the past year as highlighted here: https://www.shanpanigrahi.co.uk/448835444

If this request is not granted, I would like the Full Written Reasons for your decision in order to enable me to lodge an Appeal against this Order at Maidstone Crown Court without any undue delay.

In this regard, I shall conduct the private prosecution of Ms Max Hill personally without any legal representation.

Yours sincerely
