2. I am a conscientious objector to medical interventions as I am of the Vishistaadvaita religion that forbids the use of unnatural substances into the body be that medications or vaccinations. I have taken this in the past because they were enforced on me. The attached eConsultation which has not received a written reply explains my position clearly. Administrative help consultation answers.pdf. You should bear in mind that I was discharged back to my GP by Britton House as an Outpatient of the Community Mental Health Team not once but twice last year and the medications are recommended in the 13 September 2021 letter from Dr Odesanya and are not compulsory for me to take. These medications have damaged me mentally and physically so I will stop taking them unless I receive full justification from a Consultant Psychiatrist on why Dr Odesanya thinks that I am paranoid schizophrenic.
3. As such I will not be attending the above or a any other future Urology appointment at the hospital.

What test result(s) would you like to discuss? You said: "The 13 September 2021 dated letter from Dr Odesanya, Britton House,
Gillingham Medway Community Mental Health Team classifying me as paranoid
schizophrenic and recommending me to take antipsychotic, antidepressant and mood stabilising medications. I wish to have a review of this diagnosis and associated treatment because I dispute that I am mentally ill in any way shape or form. The diagnosis is outdated and the medications are totally unnecessary as evident by the fact that I go to work."

When did you have the test(s) done? You said: "13 September 2021 and was discharged with condition described. Since then 29 Nov 2021/16 Feb2022."
Why did you have the test(s) done? You said: "I have long been suspected by the Psychiatrists over a 20 year period of being a mental patient with persistent delusional disorder, paranoid schizophrenia and autism indication, but my conduct over those years were specifically safety measures that I undertook to withstand oppression within the State of the United Kingdom. The actions I took were fully justified as is evident from the email that I sent
