Contempt of Court proceedings against Dr Shantanu Panigrahi commenced by the UK State

I received an anonymous email from an agent of the UK State concerning contempt of court by me with regard to the contents of this blogpost: https://shantanup.wordpress.com/2018/02/25/n-debrah-my-high-court-claim-no-hq17x01773-proceedings/ . I responded as follows:

Master Eastman,

Re: Shantanu Panigrahi’s contempt of court Claim No. HQ17X01773

FURTHER MATERIAL ADDED (ignore previous email)

I respectfully submit that the perceived inaction by the CA staff or yourself is bringing our profession and our system of justice into disrepute. While at various places in his “blog” Panigrahi refers to you as stupid, mad, incompetent, etc., he has now crossed the line and directly refers to you (Eastman) as a criminal deserving to be thrown into jail.

In his entry at https://shantanup.wordpress.com/, under the publicly viewable heading “N Debrah – my High Court Claim No. HQ17X01773 proceedings” on February 25, 2018 Panigrahi reproduced his email of 2:41 pm on the same date sent to Civil Appeals – Registry and marked for the attention of N.Debrah, wherein he states “the Gross Misconduct in Public Office with regard to the Order of 16 June 2017 from Master Eastman under thisapplication submitted against a corrupt Judge deserving to be sent to prison for his crime against me. Yours sincerely Dr Shantanu Panigrahi”

Furthermore, when some other of his correspondents, some of whom appear to be “socks” of himself, advised Panigrahi to take down this material, he replied (in the very same article, “26 February 2018 11.35 am Update: … Just because Master Eastman has not contacted me yet does not mean that he is not aware of this blog-entry which will not be deleted until I receive a Court Order to do so. Perhaps Cherie would like to bring this matter to Master Eastman’s attention immediately for a response.”

If you feel it inappropriate to act upon this, please refer this matter to the Lord Chancellor’s department yourself. Panigrahi’s address is 3 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham, Kent ME8 0SL, and the local constabulary is only too aware of his activities and that he (believes he) is suing or is about to sue about 450 people, including persons he wishes to have incarcerated – the list of victims of his online and “real life” harassment is published by him at https://shantanup.wordpress.com/2017/12/27/correspondence-with-her-majestys-passport-office-concerning-the-validity-of-my-uk-passport/#comments (scroll to the Comments section). Unsurprisingly, you feature therein, as do many others within the judicial, policing and other public spheres.

Personally, I would have taken ownership of this problem earlier. A bench warrant isn’t merely warranted, it is something screaming out to be done. Screaming like many of the other victims of this madman.

Thank you.
