In relation to the attached: CORRESPONDENCE IN RELATION TO KENT POLICE.docs, I believe that I had already provided you with the full Account details first of my Barclays Bank and subsequently of the Santander Bank Account precisely as Slater and Gordon required me to do. So I was puzzled that no action has been taken and I am now in consultation with Paul Reddy (formerly of Slater and Gordon) who was dealing with my case very long time ago at Medway Magistrates Court/Madistone Crown Court) and with Johns Law Partners through whom Nexa Law was appointed with my instructions as attached: ToJonathonHodge(NexaLaw(proposed civil claim against the Police25Mar2022.docx.
The sooner action is taken, the better for all concerned.
