Kindly note these proceedings in relation to the disposal of my Claim E35YM660 on which no further information to the 21 June 2021 Order of District Judge Lightman has been received by me despite the Appeal filed so that I am right in deducing that the British Judicial System is subservient to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom who with the international allies can terrorise an innocent civilian with the aid of international allies, in this case President Joe Biden of the United States of America punitively because the International Criminal Court itself is under the control of the 5 permanent members of the Security Council of the United Nations.

Please issue summons on President Joe Biden and Mr Boris Johnson simultaneously to face the criminal prosecution.
