In respect to the attached announcement (2302781-2020 Ack.pdf; 2302781-2020 NOH-1.pdf; IMPORTANT INFORMATION.doc; and SERVING-Judgments Publication poster.docx) from the Employment Tribunal and in Sainsburys classifying me as 'not for rehire' thereby terminating my subsequent appointment as Services Assistant at Angel Centre Tonbridge following the interview and Induction and Till Training that I engaged in; please confirm that the proposed 'FAIR TREATMENT HEARING offered by Sainsburys to try and settle this matter before the Hearing Date of 10 May 2021, has been withdrawn by Sainsburys, and the attached document that is central feature of the Claim made against the Defendant will not receive a Defence from the Solicitor acting for Sainsburys: FrKimberleyBrooks(LawAttorneyagainstSainsburys20May2020.docx.
2. If the Defendant has nothing further to say in this regard, I shall be personally attending the Hearing that has been announced on the day itself.
