Dear Judge

Following the communication to me from Ms Iliarra Capanni of the Queen’s Bench Enquiries last Friday to which I replied straight away to see if I could speak to you that evening, I received another email from her this morning at 8.43 am that raised hopes in my mind that I had not been unconstitutional, forensic, frivolous, inmeritorius, deceptional, fraudulent, faulty in conception of the Arrest Summons, vexatious, abusive of the process of court, contempt of court and seditious, treasonable, or undermining the State of the United Kingdom and its dependant (explicit and implicit) territories across the globe, in any way shape or form in the manner in which I have conducted myself over the past 22 years of struggling against a highly defamatory decision of the University of Greenwich in finding me blameworthy of gross misconduct in my official capacity of being a scientist in agricultural development of developing countries that focussed on natural resource development; followed by similar castigation as a human being by Shell UK Ltd and Sainsbury's plc.

I tried to contact the East Kent Magistrates Court on 01303 227 800 about this after unsuccessfully telephoning the Queen’s Bench Division on 0203 936 8957 before and after phoning the Magistrate's Clerk but could not speak to anyone to determine the progress of this litigation and the private prosecution.

Yet there are still two outstanding issues that have not been resolved, as follows:

(a) am I truly judged by the Court in its de facto endorsement of the decision of Consultant Psychiatrist Dr F Odesanya at Britton House of late to have to continue to take anti-psychotic, anti-depressant and mood-stabilising medications to enable me to live on in the Community within the United Kingdom in a Stateless manner with no rights whatsoever for engaging myself productively in employment and in furthering the political objectives of my Party, The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom, while the powers that be continue to harass, bully, and intimidate me through criminal anonymous emails in order to pervert the course of justice and pervert justice itself, in the State not adhering to the due processes of the law, national and international, in that justice is not only not done but also not even seen to being done, as the expression goes?; and

(b) do not I have the right nationally or internationally to have my cherished Blog: https://shantanup.wordpress.com restored as my contribution in science to try and fully restore my reputation as the sanest person that any human being could aspire to be.

I am ready to answer your questions if you would kindly take this Video construction of my latest raison d'etre as a being into account in your judgement on my application, a transcript of which is also attached: 2021_03_29 10_24_42.mkv; The atman and the paramatman (Supermind/OM)28Mar2021.docx

I await your decision as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely

The atman and the paramatman (Supermind_OM)28Mar2021.docx:

THE ATMAN AND THE PARAMATMAN AS SUPERMIND OR OM IN THE PROCESS OF TRUTH INCARNATION

March 28, 2021

The process of Realisation in Vishista Advaita Vedanta experienced by the author is described here.

When the mind starts losing its attachment to the body from intense yoga of satya-advaita it becomes 'jivatman'; when this jivatman, as mind, continues losing all attachments to bodily pleasures and directives it, as jivatman, then becomes pure atman in a slow and gradual process unless the process is taught to a person by a Master as his or her external guru. The Sadhguru is OM, as the indwelling Supermind otherwise known as Paramatman. When this union of atman with Om is realised the person attains liberation/multi which is a state of mind that is in bliss in which one operates nonchalantly, spontaneously and unpremeditatedly in total awareness; for the body then is just a vehicle for the Supermind or Paramatman/OM in being truth-incarnate. The person at this point is a purnaavatar. This philosophy is Vishista Advaita Vedanta.

The details of the attachments that the mind loses are: aims, objectives, plans, missions, schemes, tactics of struggling for the truth, tactics of struggling for material justice, protesting, protecting the body deliberately to ward off parasites such as coronavirus and other bacterial and microbial infections, the protecting one's dignity in the material world, the surrendering to God as the Creator and Preserver of the universe, all one’s wishes, hopes, anticipations, expectations, tastes for good food, to be smelling nice and rosy, appearing well-dressed and well-groomed, the need to act as karma of some kind, the need to act as dharma of some personal, family or society kind, the need to act as sanatan dharma, the need to act as Sanatan Dharma; anything in fact that does not free the mind from the shackles of restrictions that cause stresses, paranoid schizophrenia, depressions, delusions, anxieties, mood swings, and emotional outbursts of anger, sorrow, joys, and love for or against things, including death. Thus, everything is taken as a matter of fact and not enjoyed as such but partaken in the normal course of living as one lives the justification being that having come into Creation suicide or seeking sanctuary away from the laws of the jungle of Brahma-Nature is not an option so discarded in not going for a life sanyasshood in renuciation (Vairagya) of worldly goods and services that the body can use and indeed requires for its basic sustenance.

This list is published daily by 4.30pm. Remote hearing directions are sent to organising parties no less than seven days before the hearing date. If hearings are to recommence in person as standard, a notice will be posted on our daily cause list page with as much notice as possible. Hearings by Cloud Video Platform (CVP) can be arranged if required for hearings in court only (hybrid cases).

Telephone hearings will be undertaken by BT Meet Me conference system, and a court associate will cover and record the hearing.
