To save time I dialled 01634 887900 to pay the £332 immediately on receipt of your email but again was kept hanging for a very long time.

I have discussed this matter of separation with my wife just now and she is saying that if I want to physically separate from her with the finances of my £1000 pension that I give to her for looking after the household and Caring for me as my Carer in accordance with the Britton House Community Mental Health agreements, I would have to leave this house and move out to a Care home where I can be looked after for my symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia and persistent delusional disorders mixed with autism. I am not prepared to do this without investigating whether my £1000 per month pension would be sufficient to pay a Care Home to look after all my mental and physical health needs and so I have to remain in this house and continue to pay my wife all my £1000 pension.
However, I have just checked my personal Santander Bank Account a few minutes ago and given that through the injunction I would be demanding £5 million from Kent Police for all the terrorism that it has mounted on me over the past decade that has been overlooked by the County Court of Central London under Claim E35YM660 and the High Court under Claim HQ17X01773 as set out in the n16aeng-InjunctionagainstKentPolice document submitted to the District Judge on 20 April 2022, I do not wish to make any amendments to the Help for Fees entries and with the £799 that I have in my personal Santander Account will now pay the full £332 Court Fee for the Injunction.
Please telephone me on 07967789619 now to take this payment: I am waiting for your telephone call to me because the last time I tried to pay £232 a few days ago I has held waiting for over 20 minutes by the Court agent and I do not wish to delay the service of the injunction a minute longer by sending you a cheque in the post for £332.
Please also inform me of the date of the Hearing to take place: I am unrepresented.

1. I am sorry but my wife and I lead separate lives financially and although our joint incomes amount to £3200 as entered in your website I do not have any longer the financial resources to pursue this injunction, However I would draw your attention, if you can waive the Fee in these extenuating circumstances of me still being jobless and having a pension of £1000 per month, to consider the final document that I wished to present to the District Judge as attached: ToBP(Defamation)22Apr2022.docx.
2. I am copying this email to North Kent Magistrates Court in case Kent Police still wishes to pursue a prosecution on whatever the summary of offence that I am deemed to have committed is.
