Dear Sir,

I was just going through the inbox preparing some emails for tomorrow and I think I came across your injunction application today.

I checked your Help with Fees and it showed as declined. The website generated a letter explaining why that is, which I emailed and sent to you via post as well today.

Reading your email below, does this mean you decided to not go through with the application?

If this is the case, there is nothing else you need to do and you don’t need to pay a fee, so ignore the letter you received.

If at any point you decide to submit your application again, please do not hesitate to contact us with any assistance you may need.

Kind Regards,

I.A.

Subject: iNjUNCTION AGAINST KENT POLICE SUBMITTED

To

The Court Manager

Medway County Court

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. The reason that I requested the Court to settle this matter (n161a-engInjunctionagainstKentPolice.pdf) today is because I am still obliged or enforced to take my evening medications for prescribed mental health in relation to the diagnosed paranoid schizophrenia and persistent delusional disorders that the GP Surgery has not clarified with an update. So I am not sure if I should continue with the raking of risperidone, sertraline and Depakote for the present time. I take them in the morning (Depakote, sertraline and risperidone) and in the evening (Depakote and risperidone). The NHS has not made a referral of my mental health assessment to my private health providers Benenden Health.

2. I would therefore be grateful if you would kindly provide me with an ujpdate on the proceedings and let me know what further steps I need to take to comply with the District Judge's Directions and or Judgment/Order.

Thank you for your kind attention.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
