Dear BP

I do apologise for blogging a number of emails: it was my way of punishing the perpetrators of injustices against me at BP Lenham and elsewhere, to bring all these issues into the Court of public opinion. Once a document comes into my possession, I can do whatever I wish to do overriding all considerations of Privacy and Confidentiality, and if I send out an email and do not get an immediate reply I blog it to ensure that all who are concerned on the matter are duly informed of the circumstances on which I maintain a moment by moment running commentary on issues that affect me, my family and mankind more widely, Dr Sondhi of Long Catis Road Surgery telephoned me at 2.25 pm and instead of dealing with the substantive issues contained in the two emails that I had sent the Surgery this morning, he prevaricated and dragged his heels hoping that the problem would go away if he waited long enough. Emails are conversations that one initiates a hearing on the moment one releases it so if the recipient does not reply straightaway he may be biding his time to launch a counterattack like you have done here. So all these emails have to be blogged and written into the autobiography of my life in the United Kingdom since the age of 15 and especially since the criminals of the University of Greenwich, Shell UK, Tesco, Sainsbury and now BP refused to give me a Fair Treatment Hearing in order to carry out the wishes of the Monarch that I should live a life of poverty in the United Kingdom having failed to boot me out of the country to Pakistan or some other God-forsaken place by making me Stateless. Similarly, the pig-shit Royal Constabulary is intent on giving me a criminal record to add salt to the Defamation injury arising from the Dismissals from employment that I have suffered such that I have run out of companies to apply to for employment.

Further the charade of the evil State is clear from the responses of the Mental Health authorities who put me in mental hospital on two occasions in 2004 and 2008 when I sought justice and since then kept me under semi-detention at home with enforced antipsychotic, anti-depressant and mood stabilising medications for 20 years so that no one would take me seriously as the State-diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic with delusional disorders, and not autism that makes me employ my God-given mind freely to express my thoughts on any matter and every matter, without restrictions on my liberty.

I still have my pension of £1000 per month and never beg for money of job, so if BP has decided that I did get a Fair Hearing with Mr Chiran Rai and Vicky Martin taking the notes, that is a matter for BP. I have nothing to add except to say that this email will enter my autobiography as attached: MEDICAL SUPPORT TO WITHSTAND PERSECUTION.pdf.

I hope you know what I mean by all this.

Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Panigrahi

Thank you for your email.

With regards to a fair hearing process to enable you to return to work at bp, as you were dismissed during your probationary period, following a fair process, you do not have the right to appeal the decision to terminate your employment.

For the avoidance of doubt, we want to confirm that your employment was not terminated because you have a mental health condition. As well as continuing to use a colleague’s personal email address after you were asked not to do so, you also posted a succession of blogs onto a public forum about your employment with bp, which shared that personal email address. Since that time you have continued to post a volume of communications about many aspects of your employment with bp onto a public forum, and you have sent bp numerous emails which relate to conflicts you have with persons and organisations various outside of bp, for reasons we cannot understand. We would appreciate it if this could stop.

With regards to applying for other roles within bp, we do not have a ‘do not rehire list’. If ex-employees wish to re-join the company, their previous employment record can be assessed to make an informed decision on their suitability for re-engagement.

I hope that this clarifies your position and wish you good luck in the future.

Subject: Termination of my employment at BT Lenham

To BP

I have communicated in very pleasant terms with Mr Chiran Rai at BP Lenham concerning the dubious circumstances under which my employment was terminated on 11 March 2022, which was a disappointing end to something that I loved doing on a parttime basis of 24 hours per week.

I had apologised on two occasions for any transgressions of company policy with regards to certain emails that I sent Vicky Martin concerning my sick notes from the doctor that I was in a rush to get across. Whilst I accept now that I know the precise business set up under which BP operates, I was and remain loyal to the company and appreciate the 500 Consolidated shares that I was given days prior to my dismissal from service.

Although the doctors say that I am paranoid schizophreinic with persistent delusional disorders it has never come into play in my attitude to work nor my capability. I have as explained to Mr Rai reauired instructions in writing so that I knew precisely what was required of me in the work as part of the team. This took time and I had not grasped the importance of the strict instructions that workers should not send emails to the personal email address of any of the colleagues but to telephone and get the instructions on the phone.

Since my work was of a good standard otherwise I feel hard done by BP's decision to dismiss me from service before the completion of the probation period. I am writing this to determine if there is a Fair Hearing process at BP to which I can make representations to enable me to return to work at BP Lenham or any other site of BP such as the one in Chatham.

I would appreciate it very much if I could have a written reply to this email so that I can feel free to apply also for other employment at BP unless I have been placed on 'not for rehire' list.

Thank you for your kind attention.

Yours sincerely
