The UK State commences legal proceedings against Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

I received the following email anonymously this morning which indicates that the UK State has taken steps to commence court proceedings against me:

Marty returns Anonymous To shanpanigrahi@yahoo.co.uk 14 Feb 2018 at 1:08 Hi Shantu, Thought I should tell you my assistant has completed her review, based only on your own admissions in your shitty website, of how much time and money of the “British state”, including government-funded institutions, you have wasted to date with your vexatious, wicked, spiteful, baseless, untruthful, misleading, deceitful and idiotic complaints and attempts at legal actions. Adjusting for the present day value of money, she came up with a figure of Five Hundred and Sixty Thousand Pounds, and on review I find this reasonable. I wish I could see the face of your dear Missus when she realises that you are going to lose your house. I hope that our recovery action will precipitate similar action against you by private individuals and institutions you have wronged. Since you’ve been so helpful as to keep us informed about your travel arrangements, we could arrange service when you’re enjoying Mediterranean sunshine. How fitting that will be. Since we’ll also copy the person you claim is your solicitor, Ms. Tahir, the clock will start ticking on the day she received it. Lied that she’s your solicitor? You will pay dearly for that, for the state is entitled to rely upon the assertion. Your lies are going to be unravelled and figuratively wrapped tightly around the appropriate bit of your anatomy. Only a matter of time now, Shantu. With no respect whatsoever, Marty

Comments: My legal proceedings at the General Court of the European Union against the persecution that I have suffered in the United Kingdom did not result in any judgement from that Court leaving me in some uncertainty. I therefore welcome this opportunity to clear my name in a court of law and will defend vigorously against the Claim.

1. Shan – do you REALLY think that note is somehow indicative of some action being taken against you? It’s an obvious put on. No one in a position to take action against you would send you an email like that. No one. They would serve you and sue you and that is all – no email, gloating like a schoolyard bully. So don’t be so naive.

o Whether or not this anonymous email is the work of a schoolyard bully acting on his/her own or upon direct instructions from the UK State, it clearly says that I am free to go to Greece for my holiday as the service of the Claim for recovery of state costs that were the result of supposedly unjustified actions by me to seek legal redress on various issues since 1998 will not be effected until after my return to the United Kingdom from Greece to face this Claim. It remains to be seen whether this service will be conducted through the solicitor Ms Monneka Tahir or not inspite of my communication to the Legal Ombudsman yesterday.

Dear Sir/Madam

Please convey to the Case Progression Officer that there was no Order made on 25/6/17, so that the question of applying to set aside this Order is not relevant to the Appeal. Accordingly, please action the attachment application or forward it to the Court requested.

Yours sincerely

Dear Taz and N Debrah,

We should not beat around the bush.

Clear to me, I have to pay the £500 not to Charles Calthrop, Lola Ogunsiji, John Hebden or even the criminal absconder David Jenkins.

Money eventually goes into the pocket of corrupt Judge Master Eastman.

So forward to me at shan.panigrahi@yahoo.co.uk the address to which I should send this "facilitation payment".

If I don't get the reply within 24 hours I will post the cheque payable to Master Keith Eastman to the RCJ address.

Frankly it is more like a bribe you are squeezing and extorting from me.

If I did not have to worry of the risk of my Greece holiday I would not pay this.

Because the payment to Eastman is by cheque, I do not need a receipt.

Dirty practices.

Yours sincerely

Dear Sir/Madam

1. I have been sent a reminder for the Facilitation Fee of £500 by a party to the Appeal proceedings regarding my High Court Claim No HQ17X01773.

2. Please confirm that this is not necessary at the Royal Courts of Justice London.

3. Please ensure that the Appeal is served on Mrs Gladwyn Iko Pereira of the High Court of Botswana and let me know when the Hearing will be held bearing in mind that I must go to Greece in April 2018 so that the written judgment of the Court must be made available to me by email before the end of March 2018, or I will not go to Greece.
