Shantanu,

The answers to your online GP consultation for administrative help are below.

Your practice will respond by phone, text or email before 6:30PM on Thursday, 24th of February with your GP's feedback.

IMPORTANT: if you find the details you submitted are incorrect, please call the practice on 01634 233491.

NOW WE JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF HELP YOU WOULD LIKE:

What administrative issue can we help you with? Discuss a recent test(s)

What test result(s) would you like to discuss? You said: "The 13 September 2021 dated letter from Dr Odesanya, Britton House,

Gillingham Medway Community Mental Health Team classifying me as paranoid schizophrenic and recommending me to take antipsychotic, antidepressant and mood stabilising medications. I wish to have a review of this diagnosis and associated treatment because I dispute that I am mentally ill in any way shape or form. The diagnosis is outdated and the medications are totally unnecessary as evident by the fact that I go to work."

Where did you have the test(s) done? You said: "Britton House Community Mental Health Team, Gillingham Kent"

When did you have the test(s) done? You said: "13 September 2021 and was discharged with condition described. Since then 29 Nov 2021/16 Feb2022."

Why did you have the test(s) done? You said: "I have long beeen suspected by the Psychiatrists over a 20 year period of being a mental patient with persistent delusional disorder, paranoid schizophrenia and autism indication, but my conduct over those years were specifically safety measures that I undertook to withstand oppression within the State of the United Kingdom. The actions I took were fully justified as is evident from the email that I sent PCNicholls of Kent Police this morning with regard to his claim that I had harassed/stalked."

Please tell us what you would like to discuss regarding

your test(s).

You said: "I would like my present mental health determined."

JUST A FEW LAST QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR GENERAL HEALTH:

Are you taking any drugs or medicines that your practice doesn't know about?

Yes

Please tell us what other drugs or medicines you are taking.

You said: "risperidone, sertraline, depakote, tamsulosin, finasteride and atorvastatin."

How many units of alcohol do you drink each week? (1 pint of beer is approximately two units and one small glass of wine is 1 unit)

1-7 units per week

Do you smoke? Yes – less than 5 cigarettes a day

In the last year, have you bet more than you could afford to lose? Or has someone in your household bet more than they could afford to lose?

No

Do you have any allergies? No

Have you or anyone in your household had COVID in the last 3 months? Or are you self-isolating right now? No

If you have symptoms that might be caused by COVID, please arrange a PCR test as soon as possible via gov.uk/coronavirus or call 119. This will help your GP decide how best to treat you. A PCR test is different and more accurate than a lateral flow test that you can do at home.

Okay, I understand

Have you had a COVID PCR test during this illness? Yes

When did you have the test and what was the result? You said: "I took part in the ONS Infection Survey over the past several months but these were mouth and nose swab tests:
