DEVELOPMENT OF A DEFENCE AGAINST ANTICIPATED CHARGES

When it is as complicated as it was, the facts need to be assembled and put before a Judge, for the taste of the pudding is in eating. Whatever I have learnt, and whatever I have done can go to the Court of Public Opinion but that is not the criterion of what good I have done. The best State Judge has to examine and assess my performance.
