The House of Commons Petition Committee

Dear Sir/Madam

1. I consider it my Religious and Social duties to bring this matter to the attention of the House of Commons in relation to the Petition published which had no hope of getting the 10,000 signatures for a response from Parliament to me

Petition: Develop an official written Constitution in the UK https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/700677

Petition: Develop an official written Constitution in the UK

We believe we have an unwritten Constitution foisted on the people and this is wrong morally. We think a written...

1. I also attach the original Petition that I submitted for reference: FrPetitionsCommitteeHOC(Action required on Petition for a Written Constitution in the United Kingdom)4Nov2024.docx.

3. So the version of the Petition that the Committee watered down has been stuck at 67 signatures.

4. That is the end of my Allurement of Reality proving once and for all that the Police cannot be successfully litigated against in a civil court, let alone be prosecuted in a criminal court.

5. I am no longer politically active but as this is a matter of conscience I hope that it is a contribution to the society of the United Kingdom.

6. It is for others to decide what lessons are to be learnt from this experience of mine.

Yours sincerely

My petition:

Develop an official written Constitution in the United Kingdom for governance.

An unwritten Constitution foisted upon the people is wrong morally. A written Constitution is needed that outlines the relationships between the Head of State and Parliament at both Houses and in terms of their inter-connections with the Security Services, Judicial and other State institutions.

Unwritten Constitution makes a Monarchical Establishment to become secretively dictatorial and tyrannical to selected individuals and groups. With a written constitution people are fully informed on what to expect from the State and what is expected of them to the State. With a written Constitution people will be fully informed on who is in charge of procedures in Parliament, Mental Health Institutions, Security Services; and who a citizen can successfully prosecute in civil and criminal courts.
