Auto-response from Chris Chope MP for Christchurch & East Dorset
Mon 3/22/2021 6:32 PM
Dear My Barrister
For the attention of Harry
Thank you for your telephone call to me, the message that you left on my VoiceMail, and the exchange of telephone calls since then.
I thought I should make it clear that I did not receive a proper reply from Sir Christopher Chope thus far today: the attached refers: CentralLondonCountyCourtJudgmentorOrder19January2021_22March2021.docx.
Hope to hear from you, or the Barrister who has agreed to take on this case, later this evening, as I am aware that strict time-limits apply to civil court orders and judgments.

UPDATE ON APPEAL
(a) I telephoned 020 3771 9301 at 9.10 am 23 March 2021 and spoke to Harry. He has received this email. And said that He apologised for not having sent me a blank email but I had already sent him this. It is just gone 9.00 am and he said he will deal with it as one of the next things on his list. He will contact a barrister and send me an email when I said I need to go out soon. I said you have to remember that the Court issued this Order on 19 January 2021 but I was only given a copy of it yesterday so I do not know how the time limits are going to apply. He said he will consider all that and get back to me.
