Dear Financial Ombudsman


Although I have had severe problems in doing what I wished to do with my Santander Account monies, I now understand that the Bank has to implement its Security measures to protect clients finances and simultaneously preserve the integrity of the Bank.


I am able to use my Debit Card at the present moment but four transactions were seemingly dishonoured this weekend to Wix.com and possibly to Vimeo.com, that I cannot get up-to-date information that I sought from checking Online on the Santander website and sending an email to Wix.com. I will keep you posted on the future developments in this regard.
