The Case Number at Medway County Court is ME010463 dating back to 2000, entitled: A conspiracy of racial discrimination and harassment perpetrated by means of concerted criminal behaviour'. During the progress of the proceedings of Appeal into High Court the Medway County Court lost all records to the case but the Appeal was based on a perverse judgment that I had abused the process of Court and had to pay the Defendants Costs. So I had to lodge another Claim at the CCMCC which issued a judgment as attached: Dr S PanigrahiCCMCC.pdf, which I appealed because it stopped me from issuing proceedings against the co-conspirators individually as set out in my communications this morning to the co-conspirators who are named in the CCMCC Case: To SolicitorsRegulationAuthoritycctwnetymoreClusterbuccaneeringbombing14Apri2022.docx
Unfortunately, CCMCC due to an oversight did not specify the Case Number in its CCMCC Court Order of 21 August 2018.
I hope you are now able to trace the documents relevant to this matte which remains under Appeal of the 21 August 2018 Order as it is against my Human Rights that such an Order could have been issued by the CCMCC convening a special Court as if it was a County Court.
