Dear BP

I had assumed that BP had ejected me from the BP Lenham job due to my right to work being questioned and then did not offer me an alternative in the Chatham Branch that I requested Chiran to arrange specifying the Slater and Gordon are looking into the dubious circumstances under which my employment probation got extended and then terminated without due process of a Fair Hearing. I say that it was not Fair because during my Appointment with Mr Rai that Ms Vicky Martin was taking the notes, I had adjourned the Meeting to seek further legal advice from Ms Lauren Cullen, my solicitor at the time. As you are aware, whilst I cannot claim unfair dismissal during the probation period by law, if I thing that my religious practices that are beyond reproach was a contributory factor in my dismissal from BP Lenham, Ms Lauren Cullen's view is that the matter cay yet go to the Employment Tribunal as a legitimate case of Religious Discrimination Subsequent rejections for a number of employment opportunities with BP that I initiated were all rejected without any kind of feedback so I am drawn to the conclusion that BP does have a case to answer at the Employment Tribunal.

I should be grateful for your immediate reply on whether BP will contest the application that I shall make and whether BP would be amenable to ACAS intervention prior to the issue of proceedings by me at the South London Employment Tribunal where consideration of a similar Claim against Saishburys is awaiting Hearing. I have a similar claim against Tesco from my Employment at Aylesford, Maidstone, Kent so that there will be group action at the Tribunal.

To put the record straight I am not Stateless and have a perfectly valid British Passport to prove that I have a right to work in the United Kingdom.

Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
