Dear Sir/Madam

I have already part-paid £100 for this Appeal dated 23 June 2021 so that the Case under Appeal is transferred after 3 years of my attempts to have it done as you will note from the attached communication this morning: ToMedwayCountyCourtCentralLondonCountyCourtJudiciary&Enquiries(E35YM660)19Apr2022.pdf.

So, if you would accept this argument in the Appeal against the overcharging of the Fees by my having to pay the full £332, and therefore let me pay only £332 minus £100; that is £232, I will telephone the number given and pay the Fee immediately.

I need the Injunction because at 11436 am this morning. Ms Katie Field of Kent Police telephoned me on my Mobile Phone and left a Voicemail Message, as follows from 01622 690690: 'This is a message for Mr Panigrahi. My name is Katie Field. I am calling from Medway Police Station. I am currently investigating the malicious communications which is going on with Katrina Sale. At the moment I am still making my way through all the downloads on the materials that we seized from your address from you. I will then be putting a case together for the Crown Prosecution Service to see if there is sufficient evidence for a charge. That is all the update I have for you at the moment. I suggest you consult a solicitor, and he can advise you on any legal matters. Thank you very much.'

An hour later after disposing by reply to an email from the British Library on the 99 books (50 eBook and 49 Print books of the same content) that I have written highlighting the injustices that I have been victimised with systemically in the United Kingdom, I telephoned Kent Police on the above number to speak to Ms Katie Field to return her call. The lady in the Control Room knew Ms Field but said that she is unavailable to speak to me. I told the lady that I received a telephone call from Ms Field at 11.40 am this morning, could you tell her that I received her full message on the Voicemail, and that it will be hilarious, if she did what she said she intended to do. I continued that I had spoken to my wife ad we will not be contacting any solicitor but will face a court's judge, whatever the Crown Prosecution does in this matter, whether or not I receive a Incident Number or a Crime Reference Number from Kent Police. She said she would send Katie an email that I had called. I said they are never there to speak to when one needs to speak to them. She replied I know. But insisted on sending an email to Ms Filed. I then told the lady ask Ms Filed to hear this entire exchange as I know it is recorded by Kent Police. She confirmed that it is recorded. I continued after hearing the entire message Ms Filed should take whatever decision she wishes to do. The lady then seemed to be in a hurry to terminate the conversation after I repeated that it would be hilarious if Kent Police proceed to take action against me, in not so many words'

The phone has not rung in the past two hours, but I received an email that I was unsuccessful in my interview for a 27.5 hours Online Assistant Vacancy at Sainsburys' in Romney Place, Maidstone.

I do not trust Kent Police, I do not trust the Crown Prosecution Service and I do not trust anyone but a judge in Medway County Court which is local to our home so easy for me to travel to in light of my mental disorder diagnosed to be paranoid schizophrenia and persistent delusional disorders for which the Long Catilis Road Surgery yesterday prescribed Sertraline, Risperidone and Depakote to help me through this crisis, and I collected the medications from Boots and took them as usual.

Please let me know the next steps in this matter.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

From: Shantanu Panigrahi <shantanupanigrahi@yahoo.com> Sent: 11 April 2022 07:41 To: Medway County, Enquiries <enquiries.medway.countycourt@justice.gov.uk> Subject: Progress in Injunction against the Chief Constable of Kent Police To District Judge Medway County Court Dear Your Honour Judge Sir During the course of these proceedings a number of anomalies arose and I sought clarification of those from the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom this weekend but there has been no immediate Judgment entered by the Duty Justice. In the meantime, I sought the help of BarkCom who have about 40 lawyers that are subscribed to the institution and their reply this morning is attached: FrBarkCom(ConstitutionalAnomalies)11Apr2022.for your consideration. It would seem that no one knows: DICTATORIALMONARHCINTHEUNITEDKINGDOM.pdf; n16aengInjunctionagainstKentPolice. So it would be up your Honour to now pass judgement on the Injunction that I have applied for in light of these uncertainties.
