I understand from what Mr Chris Heath at BP Lenham said to me yesterday evening that I am no longer required to attend the hearing originally fixed for tomorrow Wednesday the 9th of March for the probation after the following exchange of correspondence took place:
I sent a WhatsApp message to Chiran as follows: Chiran, I replied to your email to me this afternoon and then telephoned BP Lenham where I spoke to Chris Heath with my concerns. This issue is currently being postponed to a more convenient date when I have received greater clarity on BP’s policy on sick pay during the probation period on mental work illness that I have developed in recent weeks due to the pressures at the workplace. I had been discharged by my Psychiatrist last September. What precisely is therefore on the agenda for the meeting if you are discriminating against me for this disorder. I have done all the Till work, backstock work and deliveries without any complaints against me. Please clarify if I will be allowed to work until 17 April 2022 at least as the new date that my probation ends.
Just as I was finishing drafting the text, the Mobile Phone rang. It was Chris Heath who said to come into work normally on Wednesday the 9th of March. I asked what about the rest of my scheduled rota until 20tjh March effectively that is on Reflexis 43 One. He said yes come in for those as well.
If the Meeting has been cancelled when will I receive the results of the outcome of BP's deliberations concerning the challenged extension of my probation as a Customer Service Assistant by four weeks, as was attached: ToBP(TransfertoChathamBP.dox?
