Dear Tracy
The State Establishment has been trying desperately to declare me stateless (is that persona non-grata?) and finally it succeeded so that I am trying to ascertain my rights under the new regime, as attached: ToPublicEnquiries(HomeOfficePassporttotravelapparentlystateless2May2022.docx.
Could you let me know therefore if I have a right to vote in next year’s local Council elections and take up the appointment as Count Officer at the Counting night that I have been engaged in since 2005.Medway County Court is trying to ascertain if I can take out civil litigations against the University of Greenwich for depriving me of my severance payment since 1998 and also against BP, Tesco and Sainsburys connected to the Community Mental Health Team at Britton House, Gillingham where I have an appointment with someone tomorrow morning at 09.45 am and to which my wife Rashmi will also come.
Under the Statelessness please also clarify if I would be exempt from having to pay Council Tax.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Subject: Postal Voting Rights/Voting in person rights and Count Assistants for this Council Elections

Dear Sir/Madam
My wife and daughter and I have not received the postal voting papers for the Council Elections. I believe at the last opportunity I myself had opted for the postal voting scheme, but have not received this or the voting in person card.
Secondly, my wife and I have been assisting Medway Council with Counting Votes since 2005 and this year no such intimation has been received by us
Kindly look into this matter because we do not wish to miss out on either the voting or the counting of votes.
If there are no Council elections in Medway this year, please ignore this email.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
