Please let me have the email details of your contact at BEIS where my wife is a diligent servant of Her Majesty the Queen and an excellent housewife and mother who has cared for the family through an incredibly painful 24 years most of which as the breadwinner of the family. She has nothing to do with my litigation against countless individuals most notably the University of Greenwich who still owes me £55,000 in severance payment and a good reference if I was surplus to requirments. But calling me a gross misconduct person for my sincere seeking of justice internally and externally will not go unpunished by a court of law in this country.

My truth-seeking activities over these long years are my own doing, whether that was a genuine act of God or a psychiatric problem only time will ascertain. I have always done whatever was lawful and I was never ever vexatious, frivolous and inmeritorious with my Claims in criminal and civil jurisdictions. This is proven by the fact that everything I wrote on the internet passed the judgment of the Court of Public Opinion so that no individual has ever been able pursue a civil claim against me over those years for what I have published. I am not a vexatious litigant as this matter went through the Attorney General of the United Kingdom that Mr Sivaji Panesar wanted to bring to the attention of and when the Medway County Court's Judge passed an opinion that I had abused the process of court in Claim ME010463 I strongly objected to it and never paid the full costs of around £1500 awarded to the University of Greenwich in protest waiting instead for the enforcement proceedings where I would make my defence. The University never pursued the matter so that is evidence that Ihad been right in seeking damages and compensation for workplace harassment and racial discrimination in the allocation of research funds. These matters were never discussed at the Emplolyment Tribunal or the Courts over those years, and Judgment is still pending on the matter.

Furthermore, let me make it crystal clear now that I have succeeded in using the Mental Health excuse to withstand persecution over those years, that I had always been in full control of my mental faculties and am not mentally disorderly in terms of having persistent delusional disorder of paranoid schizhphrenia as has been diagnosed by incompetent Consuttant Psychiatrists who have no idea of how the mind works independent of the brain and its intellect.

My wife does not think that I am normal and to keep the peace in our home I take my medications regularly as prescribed by the GP, but in reluctantly as there is nothing wrong with my mental health. In fact as you know I informed you that I believe that I am not only the sanest person on Earth today but the sanest who ever walked on this planet in the history of mankind. There is a method to my madness and madness in my method that noone can fathom because I am a master escapologist escpaing all the traps that have been set for me to consign me to the mental hospital for an irreversible third time on Sectioning, or to have me booted out of this country by making me stateless, or to send me to prison as Kent Police has tried to do since 15 September 2021 on framed allegations of me having sent criminal anonymous emails to Kartina Sale and today I am led to believe that BP has alse receiuved one or more such emails from me but Kent Police would not give me a copies either of emails alleging stalking and harassment. It is all a Fix.

Contrary to what you are insinuatig I have never been after money by gaming the system. I could not care a damn about the £5 million that justice demands. I am after clearing my name of the incredible level of Defamation that I have been subjected to over those 24 years.

Rashmi Panigrahi is the spouse of the person falsely claiming remission of fees in his vexatious litigation. She is currently employed by H.M.Government in the BEIS department, on a salary of, give or take, £31,000 per annum, and numerous benefits.

The two live completely financially intertwined lives and the most recent transaction in the JOINT accounts (Barclays Current Account in the name of 'Mr S Panigrahi & Mrs R R Panigrahi' 20-54-11 90098086, also Savings Account H1699296SPAN) was in the month of April 2022. Their joint names are on the property deeds to the address quoted below by the applicant. This was reconfirmed on Monday April 25 2022 with H.M.Land Registry. The BEIS employee is copied into all these email applications and allows this fraud to go ahead, making her a party to the fraud.

VOPA is bringing this formally to the attention of the audit department of BEIS, to H.M.Courts and Tribunals Service and to the villains themselves.

In one week's time, the whole correspondence, including eighty-five other proofs, will be released to the media suggesting as the headline, THE UNGRATEFUL PANIGRAHIS.

VOPA's contact at BEIS will ensure that we are kept informed about the progress of the disciplinary action to be taken against this undesirable woman. We are grateful for the recent, immediately pre-lockdown, photograph of this fraudster.

We are also seeking a decision from the Lord Chancellor on the classification of Mr S Panigrahi as a vexatious litigant. The County Court must surely be aware that several judges in superior courts have

issued rulings in line with practice directives requiring any court to first refer any application made by this individual to them before accepting any new proceedings being initiated by him.
