Dear Shantanu,
I left you a voicemail some time ago, to which you have not replied. Given your concerns over the security of your email, discussed in our telephone call, I am not comfortable taking instructions through this medium.
Unfortunately, because I did not hear from you in response to my voicemail message, I presumed you were not instructing me. I have, since that time, taken on new cases which means I no longer have capacity for your case.
There are no fees from Nexa as we did not enter a retainer with you, nor provide our terms or open a file.

Bark sent me an email banning me from accessing Bark.com's facilities and resources particularly lawyers so I do not understand why you have sent me this email now. I need a lawyer desperately to argue my Injunction Application at Medway County Court against the Chief Constable of Kent Police. Can Bark.com assist me with this need?
