Dear Sirs
This is a Case of a State systematically defaming one of its own citizens over a 24 year period through secretive State-apparatus of manipulating its institutions against me.
It started with the University of Greenwich levelling a charge that I was blameworthy of gross misconduct in my correspondence with colleagues and other outside institutions when in fact I was simply probing in an investigative manner to determine the source and organisation of the work-place harassment that I had been the victim of at the University in the years 1997-1998. Thus, the University was intent on subjecting me to its kangaroo court disciplinary Hearing with none of the people that I needed to be present for questioning being there. The same happened at the Employment Tribunal at Ashford Hearing Centre when I claimed Unfair Dismissal and Racial Discrimination. I did not attend that hearing either to protect my reputation that I did not wish to be maligned by the University’s charge being endorsed by a Tribunal decision.
So instead, I took out a civil litigation proceedings at Medway County Court (Claim Number ME010463) entitled ‘a conspiracy of racial discrimination and harassment perpetrated against me by means of concerted criminal behaviour’. It too got short shrift in that a Hearing on my terms was not organised and worse defamation for me was to follow in that the judgment entered was that I had abused the process of court in bringing the litigation. No explanation was provided of how this was so. Appeal to the High Court made no difference.
I petitioned the Queen to intervene in this matter and over the next 24 years, nothing amounted in terms of justice for me, as I am still denied my £55,000 severance payment from the University of Greenwich.
To make matters worse still, the State captured me when I was making my way to France to escape what I saw was systematic persecution on me by virtue of the fact that a dozen or so countries that I sought asylum in to escape the abuse of process judgment of the Medway County Court and accompanying harassment through television advertisements and other means of intrusions were denied. The Police at Dover instead captured me and put me in the mental hospital for 3 months in 2004 and I was defamed further by being declared as having persistent delusional disorder. No amount of protestations that I was a political prisoner and a normal human being mentally to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman would make any difference. So, to this day I am stuck with the mental disorder label which was later said to be paranoid schizophrenia with delusional disorders.
Furthermore, the State anonymously tried to organise the deprivation of my British citizenship and tried to make me stateless; as well as depriving me of employment opportunities even in menial jobs like at BP, Sainsburys, ASDA, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, etc.
The final victimisation in the Defamation was between 15 September 2021 and 24 November 2021 when I was framed by Kent Police on an allegation that could lead to a charge still of harassing and stalking Katrina Sale of the Conservative and Unionist Party of the United Kingdom, when all my correspondence over the past 24 years by emails and letters have been undertaken in good faith that these were legitimate legal proceedings against the State-organised Defamation on me.
The State has been trying over the past few years through the Community Mental Health Team to have me permanently incarcerated in a mental hospital and when that failed because there is nothing wrong with me mentally, it organised this framed allegation of stalking/harassment to get me sent to prison and give me a criminal record, to add to the Defamation. For this the M15/CIA Security Services sent me, my wife, my Psychiatrist, my Care Coordinator and my GP and employers over 1500 criminal anonymous emails from an organisation calling itself Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) to terrorise, bully, intimidate and harass me into silence and slavery to the Queen.
The only way I could protect my reputation is to write my autobiography in 50 Sections and publish the discoveries in my websites on the internet for the Court of Public Opinion to consider whether I am a mental deranged lunatic or a good person surviving against all odds in the country to which he immigrated at the age of 15.
Thus, the State tried everything possible to Defame me because I have a different religion of Vishista-advaita to the State’s Christianity and so was culturally not identical to the dictates of the Queen’s Church of England, so she must have organised my persecution.
My wife Rashmi thinks I have a severe and complicated mental disorder and does not appreciate how badly it affects me to be Defamed in this manner, never has done, because her primary concern has always been to keep the house and home running in order so that she needed financial security but my consistence resistance to the defamatory persecution from the State in terms of the loss of dignity entailed the expenditure of money, so she complained to our GP Surgery at Wigmore Medical Centre who arranged for me to be taken to the mental hospital on the two occasions that I narrated above.
I have always said to her that there is no mental disorder that I suffer from congenitally that requires anti-psychotic, anti-depressant and mood-stabilising medications that the National Health Service enforces on me to Defame me in keeping me under a form of semi-detention at home.
