My reputation has been much maligned by BP in refusing to consider my three most recent application to resume work at a BP Petrol Station, most desirably at BP Lenham or MP Chatham. It would appear that BP has taken its decision based on hearsay evidence that I am not loyal to the company and for publishing private and confidential information in my Blogs. I should point out to you that I have been under vitriolic attacks on my reputation by persons unknown who usurped my email accounts and sent out hundreds of emails to me, my wife, my doctors and employers over the past five years. The Police were investigating me as the source of those emails and I submitted the attached defence document to the Police denying it. DEFENCE STATEMENT ON HARASSMENT OFFENCE.doc, but still on the 24 of November 2021 Kent Police arrested me from my place of work trgchallenge and held me in custody for 5 hours, confiscated our desktop computer, tablet, USB Memory Stick and Mobile Phone with the issue of the attached document that I am under investigation still: NorthKentPoliceReleasewithoutbail.pdf.
Six months passed by and I was not charged by the Police but our IT devices have not been returned by Kent Police. So it is still terrorising me by keeping me and my family in tenterhooks under false pretences that there is any case of Stalking-Harassment that I have to answer.
For this reason, I issued an Injunction on the Chief Constable of Kent Police as attached: n161ainjunctionagainstkentpolice.pdf. The injunction was not granted within the 24 hours that I requested the Medway County Court to issue an Order on.
It therefore seems to me that a coordinated and concerted attempt has been made by employers including BP to try and make my life impossible to bear in the United Kingdom as a way of getting rid of me. But I will remain in this country till I die. I will continue to blog all correspondence sent and received until I get justice. The Court of Central London in this regard was paid £100 Court Fee for an Appeal on the attached two Orders of the Court against the Prime Minister of the country: CentralLondonCountyCoourtOrderonE35YM660dated19January2021_receivedbyClaimantfirstat9.27amon22March2021; and Central LondonCountyCourt 21 June 2021 (DistrictJudgeLightman).pdf.
I applied for these three latest jobs in good faith that we can let bygones be bygones, but BP seems determined to have a Hearing of these issues by the Circuit Judge at the Central London County Court where a £5 million damages and compensation Claim is pending under Appeal.
