Dear Religious Forums

When one of your staff marked my reply to your deceitful private message to me when he marked it Optimistic, I being sensitive end aware knew that as we Hindus call it ’daal mein much kala hai' meaning all is not as it appears. So, I probed you out pretending that I was apologising for my so called transgressions over the past decade at Religious Forums. You lot there victimised me to be quite frank with you and I was looking for evidence on how the USA and the UK States could not tolerate my presence in Religious Forums to expose your moronic pretence to knowledge on spirituality. I therefore entered Religious Forums again under a full name and different email address yesterday to have a discussion with you. What I got was deceitful expressions of how the ban on me was only supposed to last 6 months and was not a permanent ban how it was due to a technical fault that you did not ask me back in, I suspected it to be all lies, idiotuc lies and this decision confirms it. You do not own my intellectual property posted in Religious Forums and you will be requires to produce evidence that your Forum was not manipulated by the Security Services of the USA and UK under the false pretences that your posters are entitled to privacy after they had posted their thoughts in a public forum. I was fully justified in constructing my Blog https://shantanup.wordpress.com to incorporate all my discussions with posters in the public interest.

You could not stand this competition from me so harassed, bullied, intimidated me to obstruct truth from surfacing to keep a defunct institution of Religious Forums alive in order to dictate to the world what western spiritualism is. Your emails are still in my possession as evidence. Your email below that was not delivered proves this further.

If you had the guts to face truth you would reverse this permanent ban immediately.

Not knowing that my email had been registered in your system - you blocked even this attempted contact, I created a new Account under the username Satyagrahi later this afternoon. You can now cancel that account also.

Well, you've threatened us with legal action (though we are under no legal obligation to give you post rights) and are worried about your intellectual property, so this seems like the most amicable course of action possible.

I will further note that we were under no obligation to tell you about this chosen course of action, but we decided to do so anyway. As we've already stated, we're experiencing technical difficulties and as such have not yet proceeded with the mass deletion, but will do so as soon as possible.

I was not born yesterday. I have had litigation involvements for 22 years and it got me nowwhere. For we live in dictatorships. Religious Forum as an international Forum for the exchange of religious thoughts is using its dictatorial powers to marginalise a dissenting voice who has a strict theistic view point that it does not wish to debate in open forum. That is how I read it.

Whilst I being a open-minded and honest person like to socialise in community situation, I am not attached to anything whatsoever. I have no missions, no aims, nothing. I am clean as a whistle.

Instead of discussing pressing issues that would be of benefit to all humanity, now you say that you have technical problems but would erase out all my past and present posts so that people do not get a chance to read them, not because I wish to leave Religious Forum. For the record, I do not under any circumstances wish to leave Religious Forums. I rejoined to express my views among posters such as Aupanyav stuvdv Some Random and many others who formed my beliefs and interacted in a patient and sociable manner as is the hallmark of Dharmic religions.

You should accordingly do what you wish, but I will have a right to reply for the record.

It did not. One admin, when they had the time, merged the accounts. But as was explained to you already, we're experiencing technical difficulties. It was not until you complained - quite rudely, I might add - that we noticed what had happened. A polite questioning of the situation would have been your best course of action.

I have always had a mental illness according to the Psychiatrist. They say I have paranoid schizophrenia and persistent delusional disorder. I misundertand simple things and always look at things that go wrong with my life pessimistically. I have no mental illness. I know how to survive in the jungle of Nature. I have my pride. I do not beg to be allowed posting rights here at Religious Fourums. The fact remains that you had technical problems and haughtily banned me without explaining what had happened to the site. If you had taken the care to let me know that your technical problems had caused me to not be able to log in this afternoon or had placed such a notice in the front of your website, I would not have threatened legal action against Religious Forums. No one can be certain of the truth and the reasons that other people behave in the manner that they do, but the evidence is quite clear, in nearly each one of the above posts you have said that the posts will be cleared sooner or later, and I should now give you a good reason why this should not happen. You are clearly at fault and now you are trying to put the blame on me. It was religious forums who banned me two years ago without offering a good reason and with no appeal process to consider. I am appealing against that ban not today's ban that you are threatening me with. The original ban that from 6 months got extended to a life ban (you say, we only have your word that this is true). I would like a proper Hearing of the entire process. But you say you are dictartorial and this Site is not a democracy. That says it all.

The fact remains that we told you we had technical problems and since we are not always 100% aware of every bug, we had absolutely no idea that you locked out. We didn't "ban" you, we merged the accounts as promised. This merge caused a ban. That's what a bug is, something that's not supposed to happen.

We owe you nothing, especially given your behaviour towards the Staff, towards individual staffers and throwing back in our faces our attempts to be civil with you. We merged your original accounts and, due to a technical issue, this did not work the way we intended and instead of asking us politely about it you went straight to calling us liars and accusing us of all kinds of nonsense.

That won't get you anywhere at all. You are blessed we haven't yet banned this account and we may well do as you've shown a pattern of not being able to correct your behaviour so anything you say we now have reason to doubt seriously.
