Mobile Phone rang at 1018 am while I was driving so could not answer, but I returned the call and it was a Danei Cook from Slater and Gordon. A short conversation took place and it came to nothing, then on reteruning home from the visit I was making I found the following email had come.:

As I mentioned in our conversation, I am writing to you as there is an outstanding balance of £150.00 on the client account that needs to be refunded.
Please note that a bank statement is required for verification purposes. This only needs to include: Bank Account Name, Bank Logo, Account Number and Sort Code. I would be grateful if you could send this statement to me via email.
Please could you also ring me on the number below at a time convenient for you so I can take some details from you to arrange this refund.
