Kindly address the following queries through the consultation process as my wife who is my Carer has told me that Dr Odesanya is in the process if sending me a letter of appointment for a face-to-face meeting perhaps two weeks from now as he is fully booked up for the time being with 800 patients on his watch.
SKELETON ARGUMENT FOR THE 21 JUNE 2021 1140 AM HEARING AT THE CENTRAL LONDON COUNTY COURT ON CLAIM E35YM660
1. Please produce the names and addresses including email addresses of all the members of the organisation calling itself ‘Victims of Panigrahi Association’ (VOPA)
2. Please provide justification when my autism referral to Maudsley Hospital London under Clinical Commissioning Group Medway Foundation Trusts out of area funding was retracted.
3. Please comment on my view that ‘paranoid schizophrenia and persistent delusional disorders classified by United Kingdom Psychiatry are not signs of mental illness but highly desirable mental traits that alerts one to survive in the jungle of Nature with the fullest awareness of one’s opportunities and dangers to life and livelihood.
4. Please provide detailed assessments of the full details of my mental health examination from 1998 when Dr Rao of BUPA diagnosed my nervous breakdown to be ‘Severe Depression with Psychotic Features’, in the hospitalisations first in 2004 by the actions of Dover Police with a full report on the findings of the Psychiatrists at the Hospital in Ashford, Medway Maritime Hospital and Littlebrook Hospital (Dr Mathews) in Dartford Kent (Secure Unit); and then the hospitalisation in 2008 in a Maidstone Hospital similarly, and the full summaries of the findings of Dr Shobha, Dr Irala, Dr Masoud and Dr Odesanya at Kingsley House, Canada House and Britton House (under semi-detention), without ever issuing me with a Community Treatment Order to appeal against the decision for subjecting me to Care in the Community assessments and treatments to date. The hospitalisation report must include the findings of the Mental Health Tribunal that I appealed against my Sectioning and detention.
5. Please provide full report on Dr Sudhir Patel correspondence on my communications with the University of Greenwich and on why precisely his Surgery dismissed me from the Practice List of Wigmore Medical Centre Surgery.
6. Please provide a full report from the National Health Service on the physical side effects of subjecting me to 22 years of anti-psychotic anti-depressant and mood-stabilising medications enforced on me in terms of the symptoms of hyperprolactinaemia, prostate specific antigen, erectile dysfunction, urinary problems, high cholesterol, tremors, prediabetes, breast enlargement, and fluctuating blood pressures.
7. Please provide full reasons for the continual changes in anti-psychotic medications, especially to Clopazine consideration and Lurasidone and Aripripazole administration.
8. Please provide full reasons for why the Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Odesanya did not agree to refer the matter of a 1000-odd criminal anonymous emails that I and my wife and other associates received from VOPA, and likewise why Kent Police did not produce a report on the referral of the criminality perceived by me of Dr Odesanya’s conduct of misdiagnosis and mistreatment after initially agreeing to do so. This aspect of the report should identify who in West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire Police Forces harassed, bullied and intimidated me with respect to my citizenship and passport of the United Kingdom questioned by Dr Sivaji Panesar and Monneka Tahir (Solicitor).
9. Please provide an explanation as to why Dr Odesnaya wrote that I should not be engaging in employment but undertake voluntary work, which he did not help me with subsequently and Chris White of Sunlight Development Trust Men in sheds did not take me on.
10. Please explain why the organisation and charity ‘Mind’ dismissed me from its forum website ‘Elefriends’.
11. Please provide full reasons for why I was not granted access to a Care Coordinator by Dr Odesanya at Britton House during the past year if I am truly mentally ill and not highly intelligent in possessing the required survival instinct.
12. Please provide full written reasons why my social media journalism that has withstood the test of time were not reported on in the latest Care Plans and I why Dr Masoud was instrumental in getting my Wordpress Blog suspended and disabled when it harmed no one in that I was never charged by any bonafide organIsatIon or individual with civil misdemeanours or criminal offences.
13. Please explain why the following publications of mine do not vouch for my sanity:
(a) 35 scientific Journal Papers (1980-1998)
14. Please provide full written reasons why Dr Odesanya called in Dr Michael Kingham as a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist to examine me and what the findings of Dr Kingham were following the face-to-face interview at an appointment.
15. Please provide full reasons why the embezzlement of funds from my Santander Account for a three-month period last winter was not investigated by Kent Police and Action Fraud after the Police visited me and my wife in our house following the referral that considered that I had myself fraudulently tried to transfer my own money from those Accounts to use in my The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom transactions.
16. Please provide full reasons why Sainsburys placed me on ‘not-for-rehire’ category and the non-response of the Employment Tribunal to hear the complaint of Constructive Dismissal by the Company following the Sainsburys Tonbridge Road Maidstone employment in March-June 2020.
17. Please provide full written reasons why close to 250 job applications over the past year have not resulted in a decision to employ me.
18. Please provide full written reasons why Medway Maritime Hospital went back on the 4 March 2021 appointment for me to have a uroflourmetry test to determine if my urinary problem is also a side effect of the mental health medications that have been enforced on me.
19. Please explain why was my private prosecution of Mr Max Hill, Director of Public Prosecutions as Head of the Crown Prosecution Service with me as the sole prosecutor was bypassed by East Kent Magistrates Court with a premature Order dismissing the case originally lodged against the Chief Constable of Kent Police and why did Maidstone Crown Court not respond to the Appeal against this Order that I lodged.
